Our office is committed to providing courteous, efficient, and professional service to the citizens of Adams County. We strive to make court information easily accessible while continually seeking the most effective and cost-efficient ways to serve our community. The Adams County Clerk of Courts Office maintains the official records of the Adams County Court. Located in the lower level of the Adams County Courthouse, the Clerk's Office is responsible for filing, docketing, indexing, and preserving all records related to County Court proceedings.

The Adams County Court has jurisdiction over:

• Small Claims cases
• Civil cases within the Court's jurisdiction
• Misdemeanor criminal cases
• Traffic and other vehicle-related violations

Our Chief Deputy Clerk, Leanne Liston, is available to assist with your questions and concerns. She is joined by our dedicated staff, including Deputy Clerks Melody King, Becky Price, Penny Baldwin, and Bobbie Carrington, along with our Bailiff/Deputy Clerk, Roberta Osman. Together, our team is committed to providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to everyone who visits or contacts our office.
