Judge Brett M. Spencer and staff of the Adams County Juvenile Court welcome you to its website. Juvenile Court serves the residents of Adams County by hearing all cases involving children under 18 years of age for all allegations of abuse, neglect, and dependency who are in need of services. The Juvenile Court Division also presides over delinquency/unruly and traffic violations concerning children under the age of 18, and custody and child support matters where the parties were never married.
The Adams County Juvenile Court conducts hearing Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. When you appear for court, please check in at the window.
This website is to provide information to the general public about the purpose and basic structure of the Juvenile Court. This website cannot provide specific case information due to the confidential nature of juvenile proceedings.
Costs may be paid by Cash, Money Order, Credit and/or Debit Card. Juvenile Court does NOT accept personal checks.

Juvenile Court can also assist you in arranging an agreed payment plan. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS OR AN AGREEMENT PAYMENT PLAN WITHIN 30 DAYS COULD RESULT IN: Imposition of community service through Juvenile Court; referral to a collection agency; or Imposition of a hold through the Registrar of Motor Vehicles or any application for the registration or transfer of registration of any motor vehicle owned by the person.
